Commissioner Richard Botha of the Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities (CRL Commission) speaks to FOR SA about the role and functions of the CRL Commission, a “Chapter 9 Institution” in terms of the Constitution. Commissioner Botha emphasises the need for Christians to inform the Commission of the challenges that they are facing, and involve the Commission so that their religious rights can be protected.
