By completing the details below, you confirm that you have the authority to give FOR SA a general mandate to represent you and/or your organisation, with the option of opting out of a specific issue (as explained below).
For your protection, whenever FOR SA becomes involved in a matter, we will notify all those who have given us the privilege of representing them, setting out the particular issue and the standpoint that FOR SA intends to take. You then have the option to “opt out”, should you so decide.
