Note: On 15 March 2022, the Health Minister, Dr Phaala, opened up the Draft Health Regulations for public comment. These contained proposed changes to the Existing Regulations. Dr Phaala has extended the time for public comments until 5 August 2022 (three months with effect from Thursday, 5 May 2022) despite the Department's original media statement mistakenly stating 5 July 2022.
